The main cold storage warehouse was built in the early 1950’s. It was later expanded in 1967 and again in 1970. After Winchester Cold Storage purchased the warehouse in 1979, we made the last expansion in 1980, by adding a 20,000 square foot dry storage warehouse. These cold and dry storage facilities sit on 193 acres, right outside of Charles Town, WV. This is an excellent location for distribution to several major east coast cities, including: Washington DC, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and New York City. This would be the perfect storage location for the company that needs cold or dry warehousing space and quick access to I-81!
