Welcome to LogiCore, a web portal that connects consumers with reliable, certified 3PL warehouses across the country. By accessing and using our web portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms of use:
- Use of the Web Portal: You are authorized to use our web portal to search for 3PL warehouses that meet your needs or display your warehouses. You may not use our web portal for any other purpose, including but not limited to, downloading, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any content without our express written permission.
- Services: LogiCore’s sole role in any logistics-based transaction is to connect a warehouse with a business. LogiCore cannot do anything further than that and will not interfere with the transaction.
- User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or submit to our web portal, including but not limited to, reviews, comments, and ratings. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party. If the content is deemed inappropriate LogiCore has the right to remove it after first notifying and warning the creator.
- Ownership of Content: All content on our web portal, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LogiCore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express written permission.
- Third-Party Websites: Our web portal may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by LogiCore. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access any third-party websites at your own risk.
- Payment and Fees: Warehouse owners may pay a monthly fee to have their 3PL warehouses displayed on our web portal. All fees are non-refundable, early cancellations still require full payment. LogiCore reserves the right to change the monthly fee at any time.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on our web portal. We do not guarantee that our web portal will always be available and run without error.
- Limitation of Liability: Outside of helping to match businesses to warehouses LogiCore does not interfere with transactions. Therefore, in no event shall LogiCore or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our web portal.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogiCore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our web portal.
- Security: LogiCore takes reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of the Portal and employs industry-standard security measures. However, you acknowledge that no activity done online can ever be fully secure. LogiCore strives to maintain a secure web portal but does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Portal or stored on its servers. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect your data, login credentials, and confidential information.
- Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state you currently reside in, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Changes to Terms of Use: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our web portal after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms of use.
By using our web portal, you agree to these terms of use in their entirety. Use of the LogiCore web portal is exclusive to those who agree to the terms.
